Let Meridian Sun be the site for your party or banquet

Meridian Sun Golf Club is often used as the site for social events - everything from small weddings to high school graduation parties.

Although our space is somewhat limited, the seating capacity in the banquet room is 70 without seating on the dance floor and 100 with seating on the dance floor. If the bar and banquet room are combined, up to 120 can be seated if there is no dance floor.

We also have an outdoor deck and patio with a grill with seating for 150 or more which can be used when weather is good. This area makes a great spot for serving hors d'oeuvres and drinks to your guests before dinner.

Our setting is picturesque. The clubhouse and patio are surrounded with beautiful, mature trees and overlook the first tee and seventh green of the golf course. The trees and fairways make a wonderful backdrop for photos.

We will provide the following services for your event:

• Pre-event meetings to discuss your plans.
• A tour of our clubhouse and our course so you can describe our facilities to others.
• A planning guide that will help you with your organizing.
• An event contract that spells out the details.

Party menus are served buffet style and include your choice of lemonade, ice tea, and coffee as a beverage. We have a number of banquet packages available and can also cater hors d'oeuvres style cocktail parties and receptions. We can also customize our menus to suit your event.

Our banquet room can be rented for $50 per hour with a four-hour minimum. There are additional costs for renting china, glassware, table linens and tables and chairs.
