Meridian Sun Golf Club is an excellent location for group events, a course where golfers of all skill levels can have a great time and a site where the staff will give you personalized and friendly service. In fact, your guests will be talking about the fun they had at Meridian Sun for months afterward.

So whether your group is large or small, whether you are a fund-raising group, a business or corporation or just a group of friends or relatives, we will tailor our services to meet your needs. Meridian Sun Golf Club's facilities include our 18-hole course, a 2,800 square-foot club house with a bar and banquet seating for a maximum of 120 people, an outdoor deck and patio plus grill with seating for 150 or more. The clubhouse and patio are surrounded with beautiful, mature trees and overlook the first tee and seventh green of the golf course.

In good weather, we will hold your lunch and dinner banquet on our patio where your food will be cooked on our grill. In addition, the grill will be open for service throughout the day for those wanting snacks during their round. The grill menu consists of hotdogs, hamburgers, brats and chicken breast sandwiches. All selections come with chips and condiments. Candy and other snack items are also available. A portable bar on the deck can also be arranged for your event.

We have no minimum number for golf events, but generally 144 is the best maximum for a shotgun start on our course. We do require a minimum of 100 players in order to reserve the entire course for your event.

• A tour of our clubhouse and our course so you can describe our facilities to others.
• A planning guide that will help you with your organizing.
• An event contract that spells out the details.
• Registration area set-up for you and your guests.
• Valets to pick up bags and put them on carts.
• Preparation of scorecards and score sheets.
• Preparation of cart assignment cards.
• Preparation of rules and information sheets and course maps.
• Special hole event set-up including signs, tables and chairs. This is designed for contests like Closest to the Hole and Longest Drive.
• Placement of your sponsors' signs on holes. We can also provide the signs for you for a nominal fee.
• Beverage cart service to provide your guests with a chance to buy snacks or drinks while they play.
• Assistance with score tabulation and posting of scores.
• Discounts on prizes purchased from our golf shop.
